HPP, coaching and boat testing

Hi Guys,

Ive just got back from 2 weeks up at Nottingham training for GBR Selections. The time up there was really constructive and I learnt loads. On Tuesday, Dennis Newton (BCU Level 5 coach, GBR and SWE Freestyle Team Coach) came along for the day to give me some tips and help me dial a few new moves. His coaching was excellent and I now have a new training model that I will be working with to maximise my time on the water.

During the week I also helped Ross and Jay test a range of "all river boats", look out for the review in issue 115 and on the videos section!

The next trip out for me will be the Cardiff YFS on the 15th, hope to see you there!
